...Neighborhood watches can be beneficial, more eyes and ears out there better. Take the license number of any suspicious vehicles that may be casing the area. Most of these thefts take place in the middle of the night. Maybe vandal proof camera would possibly deter or at least capture the thief image for later criminal prosecution. One farmer was so upset that he actually wanted to make a wire in its irrigation system, "hot", so it will light up the thief. Unfortunately, there are laws against mine capture your property.
